What is our Return Policy?
We accept products bought from Three Bird Nest in new condition in original packaging + tags attached for store credit only. There’s no restocking fee for items sent back on time and return shipping is $5.95+ for returns within the U.S. We also offer easy returns for our international customers! You have 21 days from the day you purchased your items to return. Returns sent back after 21 days are subject to a restocking fee and a charge for the shipping labels. We do not offer exchanges. Please note all final sale items, intimates, jewelry, and accessories are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale items purchased at a discount of 30% or more, including items bought with discount or promo codes are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Once we get your items back your refund will be issued in store credit which will be e-mailed to you. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and packaging included.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. For Pre-Order and International Returns please contact customer service to get your return started.
How do I return a Pre-Order?
For Pre-Orders please contact customer service via email to get your return started. Pre-Orders have 21 days from shipment to receive a full credit on their items.
How soon will I get my Store Credit?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your store credit notification via email typically within 5-7 business days.
How do I return an International order?
We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., just reach out to our Lovebirds at email@example.com and they will assist you. Once your return is approved by our team you will receive a Return Form to fill out and include in your return package. Please note international customers are responsible for paying for the shipping and handling of their return order.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 14 days.
- Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and original packaging.
- Accessories, Intimates, and Jewelry are excluded and always final sale.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Accessories, Intimates, and Jewelry are final sale.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Accessory, or purchased at a discount of 30% or more off.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
