Common Returns Questions


If something from your order just didn’t work out, no problem! We love what we do, and we want you to love your items. We know finding the right fit can sometimes be tough, so we offer easy returns to make it easy for you to explore our shop with confidence.   

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY? 


United States Returns | We accept returns in new condition in the original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery. The cost of the return shipping is $5.00, and currently we do not offer exchanges. 

 

Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund or store credit. (See list below) Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or are Final Sale items. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER? 


We offer easy returns for our international customers too! You have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please double check before shipping that the item isn’t Final Sale. No Final Sale items are eligible for refund or store credit. (See list below) Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, damage, or are Final Sale items. 


All International Returns need to be shipped back to us at the below address. You must include your order number inside and outside of the package, reason for the return, and save the tracking information in case it’s needed. Once we get your items back your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days, usually much faster, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

We sell out of your favorites quickly, if you need a new size, we suggest you make a purchase for the new size and return the original.
